Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can’t keep up every day?
That’s okay. This course is designed to meet you where you are. You can miss a day, pause, or come back. The goal is presence, not perfection.
Do I need to share in the group?
It’s an invitation, not required. That said… being witnessed – even once – can be incredibly healing and motivating.
PS – This is the MOST frequently asked question. Everyone says they don’t want to do this. Everyone, and I mean everyone, later says how good it felt to learn to do it.
Is this only for visual artists?
No! We welcome writers, musicians, poets, dancers, filmmakers – anyone creating anything.
What’s the time commitment?
You can complete the prompts in 10–15 minutes a day. Some people go deeper. You choose the pace that feels right.
