Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to share in the group?
It’s an invitation, not required. That said… being witnessed – even once – can be incredibly healing and motivating.
PS – This is the MOST frequently asked question. Everyone says they don’t want to do this. Everyone, and I mean everyone, later says how good it felt to learn to do it.
Is this only for visual artists?
No!
We do see a lot of visual artists and writers. We’ve also had dancers, musicians, even a publisher and course designer.
What’s the time commitment?
90 minutes.
And, between us, I absolutely cringe at “webinars” that are glorified sales pitches with one useful thing that could have been a skeet.
This will be about 75 minutes of interactive work, and 10-15 at the end where I’ll share ways you can continue the work if you choose.
Every moment of this workshop will be designed to give YOU something you can use.
How is this different from Make a Messtm or the Creative Launch?
Make a Messtm is a self-paced, foundational course. CREATIVE LAUNCH is a live, time-bound journey with a community walking the same path with you.
This is a one-off workshop and it’s free. If you’re curious about the other two, this workshop is absolutely the place to start and see if you and the work are a good fit.

I’m an artist, creative coach, and community builder. For more than 15 years, I’ve helped hundreds of creatives find their voice, reconnect with their purpose, and design lives that feel as intentional as their art.
My background spans fine art, teaching, creative direction, and coaching, but my real work is helping people remember that they already have everything they need to create.
